E-zine Article Submission
When the first E-zines were launched on the Internet, no one really thought they would end up such a big phenomenon, one that helps webmaster around the world get traffic for their websites and rank higher in the search engines. Today, E-zines are one of the main ways you can achieve the above mentioned advantages, through article submission.
The E-zine article submission process differs from publication to publication, but most of them share a set of common elements. First up, on most E-zines, you’ll have to register an account before you can send in any content for publishing. The next step is uploading the content article that you want published. This process may vary with each E-zine you send it to, as some are strict about their publishing rules, while others won’t really care what you send them. For example, a more picking E-zine article submission service will restrict you from sending articles shorter than 300 words or longer than 600, it will thoroughly check the article’s keyword density so it can automatically tell if it’s a spam article or not and it will require manual approval by one of the website’s administrator’s. Others will restrict you from posting any links inside the article, thus forcing you to move all of them in the resource box.
Annoying as it might be, if you want to send your articles to a hundred E-zines, you’ll have to register to each and every one of them and follow their rules. At least at first, since once you have an account with each E-zine article submission site, you can very well use an automated script or program that will send your articles to all publications, instantly, without you having to log in to each and every one of them, over and over again. This saves a lot of time and frustration, but like I stated earlier, you’ll still have to make that one-time sacrifice of frustratingly registering and logging in to all the publications you want to submit articles to.
In conclusion, if you’re a webmaster in need of some extra traffic or a higher search engine rank (and which webmaster doesn’t need these two things?), E-zine article submission might be just what you need. As long as you’re consistant about submitting articles, you can get a constant flow of people on your website, each being a potential customer, service user or ad-clicker.
