You search that term 'free adsense wordpress template' on the search engines. Most of the result pages will link you to websites where you have to sign up to get that free templates.
Usually with these free templates the most you need to do is to key in your adsense publisher id and you're good to go. But beware; wordpress.com does not allow adsense on their free blog. You need your own domain and hosting for this kind of blog.
