  • how does Google Adsense work i need more details and steps?

First off you need to have a popular website or blog. If you've just created your website this week then chances are great that adsense isn't going to do you any good.

The 'how it works' part is actually very simple. People who use Google's other service, AdWords, pay Google to host their ads on your page. When someone clicks on your ad Google gives you a cut.

this is the rub: If your website or blog doesn't get good traffic then Google won't waste time or money by putting the good ads on your page. By good, I mean ads with a high CTC, or Click Through Cost.

The way to get around this is to use Google's free tools to determine which subjects get the best CTCs and write about those. If you write well you will generate readers and subscibers and this will increase your Google Index score.

Alternatively you can simply sign up as a writer at Ehow. Ehow works like Adsense except that you don't have to make your own website. You write how to articles for stuff that you know how to do and Ehow gets Google to put ads on then. Ehow gets great Google traffic so it solves the main problem.

You get a cut when the ads are clicked on. It is not a get rich quick scheme but you will make money with it if you are diligent and can write well. Below I've attached an Ehow article so you can see how they look.

It works by paying you for every click you get from the ads that Google display on your site, blog etc.
Naturally that means you need to have good content that attracts good amount of traffic who later click on the ads displayed on your site or blog. The best source of traffic of course is the Search Engine traffic or organic traffic. And to get their attention, you need to get on the first page and better still, on the top position of SERPs - search engine ranking pages.
That will call for some good SEO - search engine optimization skills and strategies.
