    About the Process:
    - The incumbent would lead all access operations work-streams in the Information Assurance centre. The Access operations team operates out of Hyderabad ,Gurgaom, Mumbai and support Enterprice Information Management and multiple other Lines of Business in the bank
    - The team provide the entire range of access Services including provisioning, Revocation and changes to access level to foundational and business applications across the Bank.
    Mandatory Experience:
    - Proven ability in leading to leading access operations with excellent understanding of the dynamics and technical issues involved.
    - The candidate should have proven skills in people and performance management.
    - Must be experience in working with different constructs of operational excellence, Process improvement, measuring and optimizing cost of delivery.
    - Must possess good written and verbal communication skills.
    - Experience in technology-aligned/ Information security/ Audit roles is a definite advantage.


    Eligibility Criteria:
    - Graduate Degree preferably in a technical discipline (E.g, BE,B.Tech,MCA.BCA etc..) Information Security certifications like CISSP would be an advantage, but is not mandatory.
    - Strong attention to Detail, Analytical Skills and Ability to work both Independently as well as part of remediation team.
    - Excellent understanding of people and performance management issues.
    - Knowledge of privacy regulations.
